I am amazed at how the dispensary team manage to give such a sterling service in the cramped facility they dispense from. On top of that they are a very cheerful lot and exhibit endless patience towards their patients!
Comments with a negative feel
Sometimes I need to get something but the computer won’t let me and I have to add something I don’t really need.
I would rather order by phone after 6pm (free home). I believe I have always been articulate enough to do this.
Occasionally 48hrs is not enough, will delay in drug supply.
Good service although dispensary quite messy.
The pharmacy needs more space – as if you didn’t know!!
Would like to be able to order more than one month at a time.
Good service but would like 3 monthly prescriptions not monthly, many thanks.
Some pills I take one a day come in packs of 56, others come in packs of 28 – cannot order some of the 28s until certain date and it is difficult to keep up!
Dispensary staff not always as approachable/friendly as I would expect – appear pushed for time.
You spend too much time looking for prescriptions.
During the past 3 months I have only requested those medicines that I was short of. This month, February, I requested only 2 items instead of 4. When I went to collect them there was only 1 item in the package. The dispenser had to complete the order. Last month I requested 2 items only. I received 3 items. When I submit my renewal request I took those items that I need thus ? items I do not require I put a X thus against. This is my only criticism.
